CONSENT TO A LESBIAN RELATIONSHIP

There is no law which specifically prohibits lesbian relationships. However in certain circumstances where consent is not given and depending on the age difference between the young women (i.e. if one is under 17) an offence (indecent assault) could be committed by the older women.
