At 16 yrs. you can get married but the consent of both your parents is required if they have parental responsibility for you.
If you are the subject of a care order then the consent of the local Trust must also be given in addition to your parents.
If you are a Ward of Court the consent of the court is required.
In any case if consent to your marriage is refused by your parents or the local authority, you can make an application to the court.
