There are no regulations about what age you can get your ears pierced at. Rough guidelines as to whether you are capable of giving consent are that a young person aged 14 and over can usually give consent.

Between the ages of 10 and 14 you can give consent if the implications of what is being done are explained and understood by you. If you are under 10 you can't usually give consent.
